The year 2014 marks the 50th anniversary of Roald Dahl's beloved children's classic, Charlie and the  Chocolate Factory. The tale of a boy who wins a trip to Willy Wonka's chocolate factory and overcomes all the yummy temptations inside has captured the imaginations of millions of children.

Since 1964, the book has touched several generations of children and their families. During that time, the renowned story has been adapted into two movies, a musical, a radio broadcast, and inspired a theme park and two video games.
